Chocolate Nut Cookies Recipe

9 TBSP cocoa
4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 ⅓ cups margarine
5 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ TBSP oil
1 ½ c. chopped peanuts

Combine dry ingredients: flour, soda, salt and cocoa. Stir. Cream together sugars, oil, margarine, eggs and vanilla. Add flour to creamed mixture. Stir in peanuts. Drop by spoonfuls. 
Bake at 350º F. for 10 minutes.
For  double  chocolate  chip  cookies  substitute  2  cups  chocolate chips for peanuts.
