4 boneless pork chops, approx. 4 oz.each
4 pineapple slices
1/3 c. soy sauce or coconut aminos
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 T rice vinegar
3 T water
3 T honey
1 T ginger, minced
1 t. arrowroot starch, optional


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Lay pork chops in dish laying a pineapple slice on top of each chop. In a small bowl whisk together all other ingredients and pour on top of pork. Bake for 35 minutes or until internal temperature of chops is 145.
