1 bag lettuce
1 can mandarin oranges
1 purple onion diced
honey glazed almonds

1/2 cup slivered almonds
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp oil

Dressing
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
To make the honey glazed almonds melt the ingredients in a frying pan on a medium flame. Stir only once the sugar starts melting. Once the sugar browns mix well and quickly spread onto a baking paper. Let harden and then break into pieces.
