30 slices bread (cut into cubes)
cup cooking oil
4 T. instant minced onion
3 T. parsley flakes
2 tsp. garlic salt or 1 tsp. garlic powder
tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 cups water
4 chicken bullion cubes
4 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toast bread cubes in 300 oven for 30 minutes in a large pan. Stir occasionally. Remove from oven and cool. Mix together oil, onion, parsley, garlic, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Pour over toasted bread and toss to coat cubes. Set aside.

Pour water into a large saucepan. Add bouillon and butter. Heat to boiling. Turn down heat and add stuffing mix. Stir constantly until stuffing is moist and fluffy. Remove from heat and serve.

I use this stuffing to make Turkey and Dressing sandwiches with cut up turkey and gravy. Turkey & Dressing sandwiches are a Dubuque County, Iowa staple!
