2 lbs. chicken breast
14.5 oz. chicken broth
2 packets chicken gravy
mashed potatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in a crockpot. Pour in chicken broth. Cook on high 3 - 4 hours until chicken easily pulls apart. Shred. Pour 2 cups chicken broth out of crockpot and into a saucepan. Discard the rest of the broth. Add 2 packages of gravy mix to broth and whisk well. Simmer on low until it thickens. Pour gravy over shredded chicken. Serve chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Goes great with a side of corn.
