2 ½ cups chopped rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 TBSP flour
2 eggs, beaten
unbaked pie shell and lattice top (I use apple crumble topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Top with lattice crust or apple crumble mixture.
 Bake at 350º F. for 30 40 minutes until rhubarb is done.
* Put cookie sheet under as rhubarb boils over! Can be frozen unbaked for up to 6 months.
