2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
tsp. baking soda
2 c. brown sugar
⅔ c. margarine
2 eggs (beaten)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and soda in a bowl and set aside. Melt margarine in a saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and remove from heat. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients gradually and mix well. Spread in an ungreased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
