Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-5 cans Pork & Beans
½ c ketchup (squeeze the bottle in a large circle on top 3 or 4 times)
1 T yellow mustard (squeeze the bottle in a small circle on top 1 time)
¼ c molasses (Put a large dollop on top)
3-4 T brown sugar (take a small handful and sprinkle on top)
2-3 T chili powder (sprinkle a generous amount on top at first and add more to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In an 8x8 pan, stir all of the above ingredient together and add more to taste. Usually if it has too much of a mustard taste, you put in more ketchup and molasses. I always have to add more brown sugar and chili powder; rarely ever do I need more mustard. As a general rule, ketchup will help dilute it if you accidentally have one taste that overpowers. Remember: You want the chili powder taste to come through! It should be a brownish/red soupy color when finished.

Slice up half an onion and lay the on top of the finished bean mixture. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 350º for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
