3 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups canned pumpkin
4 eggs
1 cup water

3 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 5 ingredients well.
Sift together next 5 and add that to the wet ingredients.
Add nuts last.

Pour mix into greased and floured loaf pans 3/4 full.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes.

Let cool in the pan, then remove.
