1lb round steak about 1/2" thick
flour
garlic clove
green peppers, sliced
mushrooms, sliced
can of diced tomatoes
beef stock
V8 juice


Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into strips or chunks, dredge in flour,
Saute in oil and garlic clove
After browning put in deep pan, add sliced green peppers, mushrooms, while canned tomatoes, beef stock. Add V8 juice to cover.

Bake at 350 for about an hour.
