Hamburger patties
Potatoes, thinly sliced
Carrots
Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350º
Put hamburger patties on double layers of foil, add thinkly sliced potatoes, carrots, onions, etc. Fold the foil over from each side to make a package. Make sure it is rolled up on top and sides to seal it. Bake in 350º oven for about 45 minutes. This recipe can be adjusted anyway you like it, depending on how many you are feeding and what you like in them.

We like to add some bell peppers to ours, and our daughtrer likes to add frozen corn to hers. Daddy cooked these at scout camp in a pit with white hot coals in it. They are great and no big cleanup.
