1 Lb Ground Beef
4 Medium Onions, Sliced (2½ cups)
1 Large Green Pepper, chopped
1 Large Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp Oil
½ Cup Uncooked Rice
2 Tsp Chili Powder
1¼ Tsp Salt
1 (399ml) Tomatoes
½ Cup Water
Dash of Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet sauté ground beef, onions, green pepper & garlic in hot oil over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cover & simmer over low heat until rice is tender, about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
