1 10oz frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare broccoli as directed on package, being sure to drain as much excess water as possible.
In large mixing bowl, beat egg. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into small casserole dish and bake until golden brown.
