1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
3 cups sugar
3 cups flour
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp each salt, baking soda, and baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix oil, eggs, and sugar
Stir in remaining ingredients
Baked in greased loaf pans at 350 for 50-60 minutes
