Ingredients:  
1 cup (heaping) of brown sugar
0.5lb/227g of white lard/Crisco
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 bag of chocolate chips approx. 350g
2 cups of white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Fully incorporate brown sugar and lard
Add rest of ingredients brown sugar and lard and mix
Spoon onto cookie sheet
Flatten cookies to chocolate chip thickness
Bake for 5 to 8 minutes watch constantly

If cookie mixture is too dry after incorporating all ingredients add 0.5 tbsp. of soft butter.
Cookies freeze very well.
