3 cups flour
5 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1/3 cup orange juice
2.5 tsp vanilla
6 medium apples sliced thinly

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, and 1 cups sugar together
Make an indentation in center and add orange juice, eggs, oil, and vanilla
Mix until smooth
Grease 10 tube pan
Pit a layer of batter, then a layer of apples, alternating 3 times, ending with apples on top
Mix cup sugar and a tsp of cinnamon
Sprinkle between layers and on top
Bake 1 hour & 14 minutes or until done at 350
