Ingredients:  
Round steak or sirloin steak, the amount you need for your meal.
Crisco or vegetable oil
Flour
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
I tenderize the steak by cutting partway through on an angle both ways and in both sides.
Heat crisco or vegetable oil, whichever you prefer.
Roll in flour and brown on both sides in heated shortening.
Salt and pepper.
Place in pan. Put about a cup of water in the skillet and bring to boil and pour over steak!
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350º for one hour on when steak is tender, depending on thickness of steak
