1/2 c chopped onion
2 T butter or margarine
2 cans (6 1/2 or 7 oz) tuna, drained
1/2 c dried bread crumbs
1/2 c milk
1 T lemon juice
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
8 oz fine egg noodles (about 4 cups)
1 T salt
3 qt, boiling water
1 c condensed Cheddar cheese soup
⅔ c milk
2 t prepared mustard
1 t Worcestershire sauce
¼ c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
In small skillet, sauté onion in butter until tender. In large mixing bowl, combine tuna, bread crumbs, ½ c milk, lemon juice, ¼ t salt, pepper and onions; mix well. Spread over bottom of lightly greased baking dish (about 8x12 inches). Meanwhile, gradually add noodles and 1 T salt to rapidly boiling water so that water continues to boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally until tender. Drain in colander. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in soup, ⅔ c milk, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Pour noodle mixture over tuna mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350º oven 30 minutes
