14 oz can of tuna or salmon (also using other meats--flake enough turkey or chicken to make the equivalen of a 14 oz can of tuna or salmon)

1 egg
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste (you don't need salt if you are using fish, already salty)
1 heaping tsp of baking powder
1/4 cup liquid--water, broth or fish oil
Oil for frying


Directions:
Directions:
To your meat/seafood, add 1 egg, 1/2 cup flour and salt and pepper to taste.
Add one heaping teaspoon baking powder to 1/4 liquid and beat until foaming.
Add to the poultry or fish.
Use a small spoon to drop the mixture into hot oil for frying.
They cook quickly, so remove them from the oil as soon as they turn a golden brown.
Drain on paper toweling and serve.

You can vary the flour by adding onion, garlic or chives.
