Ingredients:  
1 med. onion, chopped
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1T. Mustard
1 T. Vinegar
2T. brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup ketchup
1-1/2 lbs. chopped ham (lunch meat)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together then add meat.
Spread in 9 x 13 pan.
Bake @ 300 for 20 minutes.
Serve in hamburg rolls!

I always bought the cheap chipped or chopped ham. I don't know if it was because I couldn't afford the higher priced ham, but it seemed to make better BBQ. I used to make it for our pinochle clyb when it was my turn to host it!
