Make a simple pie crust to line the bottom of a 10" glass pie dish.
Refrigerate.

1 lb of mushrooms
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
6 eggs
1-3/4 cups of light cream
1-1/2 oz melted butter
1 oz grated Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make a simple pie crust to line the bottom of 10" glass pie plate.
Refrigerate while preparing mushrooms.

Saute 1 pound of mushrooms in butter until juices are released and evaporated.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Beat 6 eggs, slowly adding 1-3/4 cups of light cream.
Add 1-1/2 oz of melted butter and 1 oz grated Swiss cheese.
Add mushrooms.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Serve hot.
