1 -4.5 oz can green chilies
2 -3.9 oz jar mushrooms
16 oz grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1 lb diced ham
1 -12oz can evaporated milk
8 eggs
2 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300F
Generously butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In medium bowl, mix together green chilies, mushrooms, cheese, and ham.
Spoon evenly over bottom of prepared dish.

In the same bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, flour and eggs.
Pour over the cheese mixture and bake for 1 hour.
