2 eggs
cheese slice or shredded cheese
1 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pan on #3 with butter. Scramble eggs in a small bowl. When the butter is melted add the eggs to the pan.

Slide the spatula along the eggs and tilt to let the uncooked egg fill in the edges. After about 1 minute, flip using a large spatula. Add cheese, fold over, and cook another 30 seconds.

Put on a plate and eat!

If you want ham and cheese. chop 2 pieces of deli ham and heat it for a minute in the pan before adding the butter. Put the ham on a plate and continue with the omelette. When you add the cheese, add the ham also!
