1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pie dish in hot oven. Add crumbs, 1/4 sugar and combine. Press around plate to form a crust. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually blend in 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice and vanilla and salt. Add eggs and beat well. Pour filling into crust and bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Combine sour cream, 2 T. sugar and vanilla, spoon over top of pie and bake 10 minutes longer.
