1 pounds pork tenderloin cut into strips
2 cups diced celery
2 cups chopped onions
3 tablespoons sou sauce
2 cans bean sprouts
salt and pepper to tastr
cup flour
3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper pork and brown in olive oil with soy sauce., Remove meat from pan. Add 1 tablespoons of olive oil and saute celery and onions. Add flour to celery and onions. add enough water to make a paste. Add the beans spourts and liquid. Bring to a boil and then add pork to mixture. Season to taste with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Serve over rice and Chop Suey noodles.
