2 pounds ground beef
2 large cans crushed tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
teasponn red pepper flakes
2 garlic clove
1 teaspoon italina seasoning
3 tablespoon olie oil
1 cup white wine
salt
pepper
bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in ducth oven. Remove browned meat and drain pot. Do not wash. Add olive oil to pot and saute garlic until fragrent. Pour in wine to garlic and let bublble. Add gound beef, crush tomatoes and tomatoe paste. Add 1 can of water for each can of tomato paste. Add red pepper flakes, bay leaf and itlaian seasoning. Let the ingredients come to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Add additional water if sauce seems to thick.
