cup | butter
cup| peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
cup | sugar
cup | firmly dark brown sugar
1 | egg
1 1/3 cup | unsifted flour
1 tsp | baking soda
1/8 tsp | salt
tsp | vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream butter and peanut butter. Gradually blend in sugar and cream well. Beat in egg. Gradually add dry ingredients and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly. Shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place on ungreased baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Press down in middle with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until done.
