Ingredients:  
One flank steak

Stuffing:
1/2 loaf dry bread (either air dry or bake on low until crunchy)
Mild to moisten bread.
1/2 onion
Celery in equal amount as onion.
Lots (sorry, no volume) of poultry seasoning.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onion and celery.
Pour milk over bread just enough to moisten.
Mix all ingredients together.

Wrap chilled stuffing into steak and pin steak closed.

Cook 350 for 1 hour.

Slice in 1/2 to 3/4 " "pinwheel" pieces.
