Brown rice
Water or chicken broth
kosher salt to taste

Amount of uncooked will double after cooking. Amount of water/chicken broth is double the amount of uncooked rice.

Directions:
Place rice, water and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium-low, cover, and cook 25 minutes. Removed from heat and let sit 5-10 minutes before removing lid.
