3 oz. cream cheese
3 c. sifted pwd. sugar
Flavoring of your choice. (My favorite is almond.)
Food coloring of your desire.

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the cream cheee at room temperature. Mix cream cheese with pwd. sugar and flavoring with hands and knead it like dough. Take a small piece and make into a ball. Roll in granulated sugar and press into mint mold. Turn out on to parchment paper. Let dry and then turn over to allow other side to dry. Keep refrigerated when done.
