1 pound ground beef
1 small can tomatoe paste
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bag frozen mixed veggies
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium box instant mashed potatoes(you can also use fresh mashed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in a medium pan and drain, add tomatoe paste, Worcestershire,nand onion. Slowly cook down for ten minutes. In a medium sauce pan boil the mixed veggies for half the time package says(partially cook) then drain. Prepare the instant mashed potatoes per package instructions. In medium baking dish layer beef mixture then top with 1 cup cheese. Layer the mixed veggies on top of cheese, then top with mashed potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 until hot and bubbly approximately 20 minutes.
