1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp horseradish
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp water
2 pork tenderloins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Add tenderloins. Press air out of bag and secure tightly. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Roast at 350 on rack in shallow pan for 30 minutes. Turn over and baste with marinade. Roast 30 minutes longer or until thermometer registers 165. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
