1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup shortening
1/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt then add shortening and beat with electric mixer on low speed until crumbly, 15-20 seconds. Add cold water all at once and beat on low just until moistened 10-15 seconds. Form dough into ball and divide into 2 balls. Roll out.
