2 lb fresh pork (ground)
2 lb fresh ham (ground)
2 c. crushed graham crackers
2 eggs- slightly beaten
½ c. milk
Or you can buy 4 lb of ham ball mixture at Farirway.

Sauce
1 10½ oz. can tomato soup
1½ c. brown sugar
½ c. vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above together. Make balls using an ice cream scoop. Put in a 9x13 pan.

Make sauce.
Blend dry mustard with vinegar and mix together remaining vinegar with a whisk.
Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 325º for 2 hours. Ladle sauce twice during cooking. I cover these until the last 20 min. so they do not get to done on top.
