12 slices bread cubed
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups hot sausage
6 eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard
teaspoon salt
1 quart milk
cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread cubes in 2 quart casserole dish. Grate cheese and cook sausage.
Spread cheese and sausage evenly over bread cubes. Blend eggs, mustard, salt, and milk.
Pour mixture over bread, cheese and sausage. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
