3 cups (1 and 1/2 lb) ricotta or cottage cheese
1 cups 94 oz) shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup parmesan
1 egg beaten
2 Tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 package manicotti shells

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Cook manicotti, drain water.

Fill manicotti with cheese mixture.

Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes (until hot)
