3 or 4 egg white
1/2 cup boiling water
1 T. cornstarch, moistened with a "little" water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cornstarch and water until thick and clear. Cool.
Whip egg whites until stiff.
Add 4-6 T. white sugar, slowly.
Add cornstarch mixture slowly as you continue to beat.
Bake at 350º until golden brown
