Ingredients:  
6 c. apples; peeled, cored and thinly sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
c. sugar
pastry for single crust pie




Crumb Topping:
c. flour
c. sugar
⅓ c. butter

Bake at 375 for 45 -55 minutes until apples tender and topping golden brown.

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced apples in pastry lined 9" pie plate.
Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar.
Top with crumb topping.


Crumb Topping:
Mix flour and sugar together.
Cut in chilled butter with pastry cutter until texture is coarse crumbs.
