6 or 7 medium size potatoes
4-6 ozs margarine
salt
pepper
garlic powder
4 to 6 ozs grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:

Melt 4 T margarine in an Iron skillet. Peel and cube 6 or 7 medium sized potatoes into about 12 cubes, each potato. Add to margarine. Add salt and pepper and garlic powder, according to taste. Bake at 375 uncovered for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, Turn with spatula several times. When done, add 4 to 6 ozs of grated cheese. put back in oven until melted
