1 c. pumpkin
c. sugar
tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. nutmeg
tsp. cloves
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. milk
⅔ evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, sugar and spices.
Add eggs and beat lightly.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk and milk. Mix well.
Place pastry lined pie plate on oven rack; pour in pumpkin filling.
Cover edge of pie crust with foil.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
Remove foil. Bake about 25 minutes more or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
