1 pkg. thawed Stouffer's Spinach Souffle
2 eggs
3 tblsp. milk
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced, drained mushrooms
3/4 c. cooked, crumbled Italian sweet sausage (about 1/2 lb.)
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 9" pie shell - unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes

Hint: Cook extra sausage, freeze in 3/4 c. portions so you can prepare this dish quickly.
