Dressing:
2 c. corn oil {or canola}
¾ c. apple cider vinegar
1½ c. white sugar
⅓ c. plus 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Topping:
1 pkg. Ramen noodles
2 Tbsp. almond slices
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. margarine

Salad:
1 head Napa cabbage
2 green onions

Mix dressing ingredients together and boil one minute. Let cool in refrigerator before pouring on cabbage. HINT: I usually don't use this much dressing, in fact, you only need maybe ⅓ to ½ the recipe, but I wanted to put the correct recipe in case you were making it for a large crowd.

TOPPING: Preheat oven to 350º: Melt the margarine and add the sesame seeds, almonds, and noodles. Brown in the oven at 350º , stirring every 10 minutes for 30 minutes.

SALAD: Toss shredded cabbage with chopped green onions. It's best to prepare just before serving. Combine salad with ⅓ c. of dressing, and top with topping.
