1 1/2 Cups sugar
2/3 Cup (5 oz) can Carnation Evaporated Milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 Cup (9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels)
1/2 Cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Lightly coat a baking pan (8" square) with cooking spray. Cover and spray with foil if you prefer.
Combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring
constantly. ( Boil 4-5 minutes)
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows until melted.
Stir in 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts if desired

Pour into pan while hot and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm and set.

This is such a simple and fun way to make no-fail fudge! So easy and yummy! Last
Christmas I tried to find a good recipe and totally bombed every old-fashioned fudge recipe.
This one is delicious and for baking cooking dummies like me!
