Liquid Mix
1 bag of Milk 2%
2 cups of Sugar
1 large Lemon Zest (or 2 medium Lemon Zest)
1 heaping tbsp Salt
1 cup Vegetable Oil
lb Butter (Salted) room temp
6 large eggs room temp

Dry Mix
14 cups of Flour

Yeast Mix
cup water
2 tbsp Yeast (Quick Rise Instant) or 2 packages
1 tbsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In medium pot (on stove, medium heat)
1. Add half of the milk, sugar and salt to dissolve
2. Add lemon zest, oil and butter
3. Once butter is melted add rest of milk and stir
4. Add eggs
5. Add liquid mix to mixer (medium speed)
6. Slowly add flour
7. Mix for 30 minutes
8. Knead batter for 2 minutes

9. Dust the counter with flour
10. Cut and roll into 2 -3 inches ball
11. Set it aside on the counter dusted with flour (or corn meal)
12. Dust the top of the balls with flour
13. Cover with plastic (plastic wrap or cut garbage bag) **add a blanket on top if the room temperature is not warm
14. Set aside for an hour
15. Flatten into a flat 4-5 inches (like a mini pizza)
16. Leave on counter to rise for 30 minutes
17. Repeat 15 & 16 flattening to 6-7 inches
18. Cook at 300 on a electric grill (or a frying pan) until the the cooking side is light brown
