1 c margarine
1 c sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c sifted all purpose flour
3/4 c finely chopped green and red cherries
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 c flaked coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Blend in milk and stir in cherries and nuts. Form into 2 rolls each 2 inches in diameter and 8 inches long. Roll in coocnut. Chill overnight. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 12 min.
