1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
½ cup mashed bananas

Icing:
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
½ cup mashed bananas
1 9oz container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix ingredients for the cake together and divide between 2 9in cake pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 30-35 minutes and cool completely.

In a separate bowl, prepare icing by mixing all the ingredients together. Spread icing onto both layers, stacking the layers. Store cake in refrigerator.

My aunt used to make this cake for us alot of times when we would drive up to Indianapolis to visit everyone. It was always one of my favorite cakes.
