Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Form into balls and place in casserole dish. Cover with sauce.
Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.

Sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 T. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Mix and pour over meatballs
