½ C uncooked rice
½ tsp salt
1 C water
¼ C sugar
1⅓ C milk
½ tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp cinnamon
1 large egg yolk
1 T cold butter
2 T raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice, water and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook twenty minutes. Remove from heat; sprinkle with sugar and pour milk in. Stir with a whisk.

Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon. Quickly whisk in egg yolk. Add butter and raisins.
