Beef and Broccoli Recipe

⅔ C oyster sauce
4 tsp sesame oil
⅔ C chicken broth
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1 lb beef, cut into ⅛" strips
6 T oil
tsp ground ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
2 lbs broccoli

1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients. Add meat and marinate at least 30 minutes.

2. Heat oil; add garlic and ginger. Sizzle. Stir in broccoli; cook 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

3. Pour a little more oil in pan if needed and stir and toss the beef with the marinade until sauce forms a glaze and meat
is no longer pink. About five minutes.

4. Return broccoli to the pan and stir until the meat and broccoli are heated through.
