Apple Walnut Bundt Cake Recipe

3 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. vegetable oil
c. apple juice
2 tsp. vanilla
3 large eggs
3 medium apples (golden delicious, granny smith) peeled, cored and chopped
1 c. walnuts coarsely chopped
1 c. golden raisins

Mix all ingredients into large bowl, except apples, walnuts and raisins.
Beat at low speed until well mixed, constantly scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
Increase speed, beat 2 minutes.
Stir in apples, walnuts and raisins.
Spoon batter into pan.
Spread evenly.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 or till cake falls away from side of pan and toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out cean.
Cool 10 minutes in pan. Invert onto wire rack-cool completely.
Garnish with powdered sugar.
